Your systems, connected
The connections between the software you already pay for: built once, monitored, and yours to keep.
You have already bought the systems. They are not connected to each other.
Most small businesses run four or five pieces of software. Each does its own job well, but none of them exchange information. The gap between them is filled by a person entering data by hand.
That is expensive work, and accuracy is hard to sustain by hand. Connecting the systems removes the need for it entirely, and the data stays consistent everywhere.
We build the connections between your systems, test them against real data, and monitor them continuously, so we are always the first to know how they are running.
The things we are usually asked for
- Order intake that updates the shop system, the accounts package and the reporting sheet at the same time.
- Quotes produced from an enquiry, sent, and followed up on a schedule if there is no reply.
- Invoices raised, sent and followed up without anyone needing to remember.
- Onboarding: the paperwork, accounts, permissions and welcome messages required for a new customer or employee.
- Stock and delivery reconciliation, with any discrepancies raised clearly.
- Reporting that prepares itself on Monday morning, rather than taking up someone's Friday.
What you'd actually notice
No repeated data entry
Information is entered once, by whoever handles it first.
Typical: 4 to 8 hours a weekWork moves faster
A task proceeds as soon as it is ready, rather than waiting for someone to be available.
Typical: 2 days to 10 minutesEverything stays on track
Monitoring keeps us informed, so the process runs smoothly without anyone watching it.
Typical: the same dayA distributor entering every order three times
Orders arrived by email and telephone. Each was entered into the shop system, then the accounts package, then a spreadsheet the owner used to review the week. This took roughly six hours a week, and errors were only found at the end of the month.
The build: a single point of entry that updates all three systems, checks the details against the customer record, and raises anything it cannot match, with the original attached.
Six hours became roughly twenty minutes of reviewing exceptions. The spreadsheet still exists, because the owner prefers it. It simply updates itself now.

Questions we get on this
What software do you work with?
In most cases, whatever you already use. We select tools to fit your systems rather than asking you to move to ours.
Do we have to replace anything?
Almost never. Replacing systems is expensive and disruptive. The better result is usually to connect the systems you already have.
What happens if we stop working together?
Everything continues to run. It is built on open software that you can host yourself, it sits on your systems, and you hold the documentation.
