Privacy
What this site collects, why, and how long we keep it. Short, because the site does very little.
Draft pending legal review. The lawful basis and supervisory authority depend on the operating region, which is not yet fixed.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, and your description of the problem. Nothing else, and nothing you didn't choose to send.
Why
To reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope the work. That's the only use. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. We do not operate one.
Where it goes
The form posts to this site, which passes it to our own internal system so the right person sees it quickly. It is not routed through a third-party form service or a CRM we don't control.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and count page views without identifying anyone or following you to other sites. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
Two things do run: our spam check, provided by Cloudflare, which looks at the submission rather than at you; and our host, Cloudflare, which logs requests as any web host does.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within twelve months. If we work together, we keep what the engagement needs for as long as it needs it.
Asking us to delete it
Email hello@millandwright.com and ask. We'll confirm when it's done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
Client data, as opposed to yours
Automations we build for clients run on the client's own systems. Where a build requires us to handle data, that is governed by the agreement for that engagement rather than by this notice, and anything leaving a client's environment is anonymised first.
